Who We Are

The Alamo Chapter (MOAA-AC) is a premier affiliate of the Military Officers Association of America. With over 50 years of 5-Star Excellence, we serve as a powerful voice for the military community in the San Antonio area.

We are a nonpartisan, private organization dedicated to supporting those who serve, those who have served, and their families.

Our Mission

Provide information, support and social engagement to members; Offer programs and services for the common good of the military community; Support MOAA at the national, state, and local levels with a powerful voice.

What We Do

Advocacy: We leverage the Quorum Program to ensure our local voices are heard in national legislative halls.

Support: From Transition Services to Estate Planning, we provide the tools necessary for every stage of a military career and beyond.

Education: Through our Educational Foundation, we provide scholarships and resources to the next generation of leaders, including local JROTC and ROTC programs.

Connection: We foster a vibrant community of officers through monthly luncheons, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.
